Our dear friend, a self-taught chef, mastered many Italian dishes, but his sugo (aka sauce) became the nucleus around which we built Sugo Italian Steakhouse. After much persuasion, we convinced him to share his perfected recipe, and we knew that his sauce would become the foundation of our menu. To take things to the next level, we partnered with Chef Thomas Calhoun, whose culinary genius has elevated our offerings to new heights.
